86ph Terms & Conditions

01 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "86ph" or "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at 86ph.cam, operated within a PAGCOR-compliant framework and serving players in the Philippines.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who registers an account, accesses, or uses the 86ph platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player profile created by the Player on 86ph, including the associated wallet balance and game history.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to deposited funds, less any wagering activity, held in the Player's 86ph wallet.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional funds, free bets, or other non-cash credits issued to a Player's account under specific promotion terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Balance must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by 86ph and applicable Philippine regulations to confirm a Player's identity before processing withdrawals or at any point deemed necessary.
• "GCash" and "Maya" refer to Philippine mobile e-wallet services accepted as primary deposit and withdrawal methods on the Platform.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on 86ph, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, the Player confirms that they have read, understood, and irrevocably agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including all policies incorporated by reference — including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and not register an account. Continued use of 86ph following any published amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms as of the effective date of those amendments.

03 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on 86ph, the Player must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Age: The Player must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or accessing real-money features of the Platform.
• Jurisdiction: The Platform is intended for players physically located in the Philippines. Access to 86ph from jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal or restricted is the sole responsibility of the player accessing the site from such locations.
• Legal Capacity: The Player must have the full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law and must not be subject to any court order or guardianship that would limit such capacity.
• One Account Rule: Each Player may hold only one registered account on 86ph. Multiple accounts are prohibited regardless of the mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods used. Detection of multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances being voided.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who have self-excluded from 86ph or any PAGCOR-regulated gambling platform may not register or access the Platform during the active exclusion period.
• 86ph Employees: Employees, directors, officers, agents, and immediate family members of 86ph and its affiliated operators are not permitted to hold Player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.

86ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification or permanent closure.

04 Account Registration

When registering an account on 86ph, the Player agrees to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information, including a valid Philippine mobile number and date of birth.
• Maintain and promptly update all account information to keep it accurate and current at all times.
• Not use false identities, pseudonyms, or another person's information when registering.
• Not create an account on behalf of another person, even with that person's consent.

Account Security

The Player is solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their 86ph Login credentials, including their registered mobile number, password, and any OTP codes received. The Player must:

• Choose a strong, unique password not used on other platforms.
• Enable OTP verification for account access and sensitive transactions.
• Log out of their account after each session on shared or public devices.
• Immediately notify 86ph support if they suspect unauthorized access to their account.

86ph will not be liable for any losses, claims, or damages arising from the Player's failure to keep their login credentials secure.

KYC Verification

86ph may require identity verification (KYC) at any point, including but not limited to: before processing the first withdrawal, when a withdrawal exceeds specified thresholds, when suspicious activity is detected, or as required by applicable regulations. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID). Players who decline to complete KYC or provide fraudulent documents will have their accounts permanently suspended and balances forfeited.

05 Deposits & Payment Methods

86ph accepts deposits exclusively through approved payment methods, which include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, InstaPay, PesoNet, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency methods.

• Minimum Deposit: ₱100 per transaction, subject to change at 86ph's discretion.
• Processing Time: GCash, Maya, and GrabPay deposits are credited instantly upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfers via InstaPay and PesoNet are typically credited within one (1) business day.
• No Fees: 86ph does not charge deposit fees. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction fees, which are the Player's sole responsibility.
• Currency: All real-money wagering on 86ph is conducted in Philippine Peso. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.
• Source of Funds: By depositing funds, the Player warrants that the funds originate from legitimate sources and are not connected to any illegal activity, money laundering, or tax evasion.

86ph reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or restrict any deposit at its discretion, including deposits made using payment methods not registered under the Player's own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be refunded to the originating source and will not be credited to the Player's 86ph wallet.

06 Withdrawals

Players may submit withdrawal requests for their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Verified Accounts Only: Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have completed KYC verification to 86ph's satisfaction.
• Matched Payment Method: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. 86ph may process withdrawals to an alternative verified method if required.
• Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours from submission, subject to verification requirements. GCash and Maya withdrawals are generally faster than bank transfer methods.
• Pending Wagers: Funds staked in active wagers at the time of a withdrawal request are not available for withdrawal until the wager is settled.
• Anti-Money Laundering: In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, 86ph may request additional documentation for large withdrawals or patterns of activity consistent with money laundering. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

86ph may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback, and other promotional rewards to Players. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from the Player's account automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless specifically stated otherwise, only one active bonus may be held at a time. Claiming a new promotion may require forfeiting an existing active bonus.
• Abuse Prevention: 86ph employs automated and manual review systems to detect bonus abuse. Activities including but not limited to: low-risk hedging bets, placing opposing bets across accounts, structured play designed to fulfill wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordinated multi-account abuse, will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.
• Right to Modify: 86ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect promotions already actively in progress where a Player has already commenced wagering.

08 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on 86ph — including live casino tables, slots, sports betting markets, sabong, bingo, and Teen Patti — are governed by their respective individual game rules, which are available within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise specified.

Random Number Generation & Integrity

All casino game outcomes on 86ph are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems provided by licensed third-party game suppliers including Pragmatic Play, Jili, PG Soft, and others. These suppliers maintain independent certification of their RNG integrity. 86ph does not alter game outcomes and has no ability to influence the result of any individual game round.

Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, and other sporting events offered on 86ph — are governed by specific sportsbook rules regarding bet settlement, void bets, event postponement, and related matters. These rules are displayed within the sportsbook section of the Platform and form part of this Agreement.

Disputed Outcomes

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or disputed outcome, 86ph reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' Real Money Balances. Players who believe a game outcome has been processed incorrectly should contact 86ph support within 48 hours of the disputed event.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 86ph and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC processes.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation will be void.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in live dealer games or sports betting.
• Engaging in match fixing, insider betting, or any activity that compromises the integrity of a sporting event or game.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source.
• Structured play intended to abuse the bonus system, including but not limited to coordinated multi-account bonus farming.
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the Platform, circumvent security measures, or reverse-engineer any aspect of the Platform.
• Using VPNs or proxy services to disguise your geographic location for the purpose of circumventing access restrictions.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

Voluntary Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 86ph support via live chat. Pending withdrawals will be processed to the Player's verified payment method following standard processing timelines. Active bonus balances will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Suspension by 86ph

86ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account with immediate effect and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct.
• Receipt of a court order or regulatory direction requiring account suspension.
• Determination that the Player is underage (under 21) or otherwise ineligible.
• Reasonable suspicion of activity that poses a risk to 86ph, other players, or the integrity of the Platform.

Where an account is closed due to proven fraud or breach of these Terms, 86ph reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including both Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance. Where an account is suspended pending investigation with no subsequent finding of wrongdoing, the Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via the verified payment method.

11 Responsible Gaming

86ph is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that allow Players to manage their gaming activity in a healthy manner. Gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity, not a source of financial distress. If you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your life, 86ph encourages you to use the tools below and seek support.

Available Responsible Gaming Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a specified period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration. You will receive alerts when approaching your limit and will be logged out when it is reached.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (1 day to 6 weeks). You cannot reverse a cooling-off period once activated.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion periods range from 6 months to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, 86ph will not knowingly allow you to re-register or access the Platform.

All responsible gaming tools are accessible from your account settings. Players who have self-excluded and subsequently attempt to re-register will have any new accounts closed and any deposits refunded.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the 86ph Platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, data, and branding — is the intellectual property of 86ph or its licensed third-party suppliers. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Use 86ph's trademarks, logos, or branding without express prior written permission.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on another website or application.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 86ph's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or related to the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

86ph shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Service interruptions, delays, or errors caused by telecommunications failures, internet outages, force majeure events, government actions, or other factors beyond 86ph's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from the Player's unauthorized disclosure of login credentials or failure to secure their account.
• Actions taken by 86ph in good faith compliance with applicable laws, regulations, or court orders.
• The acts or omissions of third-party payment processors, game suppliers, or other service providers.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 86ph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by 86ph's proven negligence.

14 Privacy & Data Protection

86ph collects and processes personal data provided by Players during registration, KYC, and use of the Platform. This data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improving the Platform experience. 86ph handles all personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes relating to account closures, withheld funds, or game outcomes, shall be resolved as follows:

• Step 1 — Internal Resolution: The Player must first contact 86ph support and allow a minimum of 14 business days for the matter to be reviewed and resolved internally.
• Step 2 — Regulatory Escalation: If the dispute is not resolved internally, the Player may escalate the complaint to PAGCOR's player complaints division or other applicable regulatory body.
• Step 3 — Legal Proceedings: Disputes not resolved through the above steps may be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines with jurisdiction over the matter.

16 Amendments to These Terms

86ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 86ph will notify registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the updated Terms take effect, except where changes are required urgently by applicable law or regulation, in which case they may take effect immediately.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at 86ph.cam/terms-conditions. By continuing to use the Platform after the effective date of any amendments, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure prior to the effective date.
